  • This place was highly recommend to me by someone who comes here often and told me I would not be disappointed and they were right about that. He told me to tell the waiter how much we each wanted to spend and for then to bring us a tasting menu of sorts. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't like truffle anything, masago or mushrooms. Each of those ingredients were scattered throughout the menu so we just ordered of the menu. We made reservations and were promptly seated. We started off with the yellowtail taquitos and the Wagyu beef gyozas. Each had an amazing flavor to itself, the yellowtail definitely had a citrus flavor by a yuzu or ponzu sauce but I couldn't put my finger on it. It came with a side sauce that when added, definitely gave it a kick. I would highly recommend both of those appetizers to start. We shared the heirloom tomato salad and a Lima roll which was pretty basic and nothing special. We each had an order of Sasa handrolls which was amazing and also a must have if you're there. We finished our dinner with a samba split dessert which was amazing. They have the most extensive sake and Japanese whiskey collection I've ever seen but we stayed away this time from experimenting. This is a must visit when at the Palazzo in Vegas. Too bad it's dimly lit and each time I tried to take a pic, it didn't do it any justice so I gave up. The service is fast and friendly and they can easily accommodate large parties if you have one. Enjoy!
