  • I wanted to give this place another chance, I really did. I went around 8:40 pm on a Sunday and the place was already closed! The manager looked like she was counting cash and closing shop. Why not change their time to 9:00 PM? I think this has been one of the worst reviews I've ever written for any establishment. Being the son of a former retail mom and pop store, I know customer service and this place lacks! Combined with my last experience with this place, I have nothing, but a salty impression of NAGA.
