  • Don't usually go to this location, I go to the one on E mckellips but we were on our way home and on southern ave. I am disabled and always need a motorized cart. Came into the entrance and no carts available, so the dude that was a ?Greeter? Said "Let me go to the other side to find one for you". My husband went inside so I waited on the bench for the guy to come back. He never came back. Even if he could not find one he should have come back to tell me he looked, so I sat there for 40 minutes waiting while my husband shopped. I will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. Horrible excuse for customer service or lack there of....
