  • Criminals!! Twice they charged me for a tire rotation and never actually rotated the tires. And yes I knew Because I had serial numbers written down and location they were in the same location after I got it. back. Another time I took my car in for 100,000 mile check up they said they didn't have the parts because they didn't believe my car actually had 100,000 miles on it. I scheduled three days in advance via the Internet no one called and confirmed. the parts they didn't have were spark plugs for a Honda Accord. WTF? Most recently I paid $600 for a brake job (leaving the car I specifically said replace iPad in all rotors on all four wheels) they replaced the pads supposedly on all 4 wheels I found out a year later when I need back brakes - That they only had replaced the front pads they charged me $600 to replace the front patch they didn't even machine the rotors.
