  • I lived at the Croix five years. All the written negatives are true. It was a wonderful place when we moved in. After three management company changes and a myriad of staff, this once beautiful place is bug infested and full of dog feces. We finally left after complaining about large dogs off leashes, a pit bull puppy being was led by a four year old, hearing dogs crying left in apts. The wonderful new barbecue pit caught fire. Neighbors moved in and disappeared leaving entire apt fully furnished! Smell of pot wafting off balcony. The dog poop is the worst. Management friendly but not responsive. Hope over time the quality can be improved. The complaints here are valid.
