  • First of all I'm not going to take away how amazing the rooftop is -- the pool, the view. Everything about it feels luxurious, definitely breathtaking -- but that's pretty much the only good thing this building offers. My main issue was how thin the walls were. I could hear everything. I could hear my neighbors talking, their tv, their dog, I could have been living with them in the same unit. Very poor insulation! Whats worse was my upstairs neighbor. I get it, that's apartment living but this was extra. I know exactly where he was, every move. I had sleepless nights. Save your money! Don't let the rooftop view fool you. It definitely gets you when you do the tour. But just with anything, you're excited in the beginning but then the excitement starts to fade. I barely used the rooftop unless guests came to visit. Honestly, towards the end, I was counting down the days until my lease was up. Thank goodness I'm outta this place!
