  • I used to live less than five miles away from Rainbow Animal Hospital and started going there because it was close to home. I'm now a 15+ mile drive one way and still take my cats there. I've seen Dr. Vensand every time I've gone there in seven years except once. I love Dr. V. He's knowledgeable, compassionate (when I had to put down my beloved eleven year old cat he cried a bit, too when he saw just how anguished I was), friendly, and great with my pets. When I had little money to spend on vet bills, they worked with me. They take Care Credit, they place is clean and tidy (there's even a bathroom if you ask), the staff is friendly and always remembers me and my pets, they send out reminders for yearly visits, they call to confirm appointments, they're open on weekends, they've been around for quite a while, and their prices are very reasonable and fair. I've sent anyone I knew looking that was looking for a vet to them. I recommend them highly.
