  • I've never been to a retail store where the customer service would bring me back but the Oakley store at Fashion Square left me wowed. Their staff is friendly but not pushy. They introduce themselves by their first names and are eager to listen and help. I bought a pair of Oakley's from Sunglass Hut and when they broke within the first month and a half I attempted to return them. Sunglass Hut said they could not help me so I went to Oakley to see if there was anything I could do since they were recently purchased. Oakley proceeded to replace my sunglasses, register them in the event of future defaults, and explain to me their warranty and tips for prolonged care. I should have purchased my glasses here from the beginning. Mike, the store manager was awesome. He was easy to have a conversation with and in general just seemed like a really great person. Well done to this store, their staff and the Oakley brand.
