Swung through the Drive thru tonight to get a few burgers. When I got home I bit into one of the cheeseburgers and there was no burger inside. Neither of the cheeseburgers I bought had the meat(if that's what you call it) inside. I returned them and the girls working inside got a big kick out of the mishap. The manager asked me why I tore the burger up and I informed her I took a bite out of it. The drive thru girl even asked," how was it." Very cute.
What an absolute disgrace. I am in the hospitality business, I will forever use this as an example during customer service training.
This McDonald's does not have much competition in the area. Not only do they price gouge, they understaff and have horrible customer service.
