| - Despite the helpful staff in-store, I will no longer be purchasing furniture from any EQ3. My first experience is similar to others, wherein i ordered a couch, and found myself waiting many weeks longer than expected for it to arrive. Despite this poor experience, I returned yet again over the holidays (in the midst of home renos) and purchased three large pieces of bedroom furniture. Given the timing of the purchase, and where I was at in terms of planning for a new bedroom, I was able to adjust my home reno plans/room decor to accommodate the style/colour/size of the pieces I was expecting to receive, which was clearly a waste of time, money, and effort, as I was told last week that I will not be receiving these items, as they were oversold, and are now discontinued. I strongly advise others to avoid making purchases from EQ3 if you want to be reasonably confident that your furniture will arrive on time or at all. EQ3 quite clearly has a very inadequate system for managing stock/deliveries. Not worth the risk.
