  • FRAUD ALERT! Our pooch needed emergency care and Park Animal Hospital is 5 minutes from the house. Front desk, nursing staff were beyond cheerful and helpful. Then we had the misfortune of meeting Penelope Graben. She was foul, rude and argumentative from the onset of the exam. She was abusive to our sick dog, squeezing as hard as she could on her abdomen, making her scream in pain. X-Ray's were taken along with a diagnoses made of 3-5 days at the clinic for an IV drip. Penelope diagnosed our dog with pancreatitis with stomach obstruction. So when the estimate for $1355.34 was presented, we immediately got on the phone with our favorite vet who lives on the other side of town. Upon taking our girl to our favorite vet, he explained that there was NO WAY Penelope Graben could diagnose our dog with pancreatitis from x-ray's alone, that's done via bloodwork. He also reviewed the x-rays ($250 from Graben's office) and found NO BLOCKAGE. It turns out our baby girl had an infection and has made a remarkable recovery in 24 hours, from quick shots and medication from our honest and helpful vet. NO HOSPITALIZATION REQUIRED! Oh and it cost $200. Hey Graben, try some vitamin B complex and check your vitamin D levels. Might improve your ugly demeanor!
