rev:text	I have been here on several occasions over the last 13 months and I fear that my most recent visit is the final one. I am annoyed easily so things like the wife chatting on her iPhone while she's clipping my nails (and I'm trying to relax); the husband and wife getting in small arguments; or most recently, the mother-in-law playing incredibly loud music from her laptop because she had nothing else to do are all moments of irritation that I write off as my own issues. What I cannot write off is a $10 manicure-pedicure (plus design) that I'm being charged $43 for. And frankly, it's embarrassing that I have recommended this place to friends who had to pay the same amount for such poor work. My friend's pedicure was ruined on both left and right feet the day after she received service; my own manicure is already chipping as is the mani of my other friend; and they don't do a very good job of monitoring the heat of their stones. I have received two kind of icky burns including one at this last visit. They seem to be getting lazier because my design was inconsistent from both sides and the wife only used one color, where normally she uses at least two and tries to make it relatively uniform. On top of that not being uniform, they arbitrarily clip the nails of one hand and not the other and I was pretty irritated that they decided to do the hot stones after my toe nails had been painted. Consequently, they had to redo some of their own work by my request. I'm not going to give it one star because they still treat me far better than U&I Nails did, but it's time to find a new nail place for sure.
