  • I was very nice to be able to get a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with a full kitchen and sitting room for the family. The room was full of tired looking furniture and the cabinets in the kitchen area were very worn. I would not mind that the rooms were tired and dated if they were cleaned properly daily. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff were mediocre at best. Of the ten days we stayed in the hotel, housekeeping serviced the room perfectly only once. Some days, the used towels were removed and not replaced. The carpets were vacuumed only twice as we saw the same material on them for days at a time. The linens were replaced with soiled linen. We knew that because we saw soiled spots on the linen that we did not make. That night my husband and I slept on bath towels oven the sheets, as we got back to our room after housekeeping left for the day. We called the next day requesting that all the linen in the suite be replaced. Perhaps the supervisor of housekeeping should inspect the rooms on a regular basis. The staff that put together the breakfast were very pleasant and helpful even though the breakfasts were nothing to sing about. The front desk staff were, for the most part, friendly and helpful.
