  • You have one job! They cant even do one thing right! I preordered balloons two days before and when I received them, they had to be dragged from the floor bc they were not floating. I tried adding 5 more balloons and they said they can only pump one balloon bc they are busy! Seriously WTF. I'm not over reacting. They just ruined my day. The manager and one staff yelled at my sister in law and gave her an attitude. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. A few days before that I also requested to get customized stickers and they said the lady that does it is off for one day and earliest it could be done will be in 3 days. Seriously?! Its just stickers! Its not rocket science! What a bunch of lazy asses! This crappy place doesnt even deserved one star. Pathetic! Shittycity not party city.
