  • I love shopping at Star Nursery, but if you ever have to deal with them over the phone, good luck. We don't exactly live around the block so we'd like to be able to call and ask if they cary what we're looking for before driving down there. But my call always ends up on a ridiculously long hold until I hang up. They shouldn't even have phones. I hung up today after being on hold for 30 minutes. Calling back doesn't help any. I've tried that before, someone just puts you right back on hold.
