| - First of all, I must say, I adore my brow girl. She has been doing my brows for almost 2 years now and she is sweet and does a great job. She makes my frustration with the scheduling worth it.
I'm frustrated with European Wax Center as a company. Scheduling is a nightmare. Often times, the aestheticians are overbooked and rushing to see the next client because they are booked for multiple waxes in a 15 minute time span and the next client is waiting 30 minutes for their appointment.
Today was the second time I booked and there was a system failure. The first time, my name was not even on the schedule. Today, a time that should've been blocked off was open and of course, the person I like to see, was completely booked so I had to schedule for another day.
The people making appointments and answering phones are very nice and I know it's not their fault but it's very frustrating for me as a long time client. I'd like think when I schedule an appointment , it is real and I don't have to wonder if it's going to be cancelled on me. I'm conflicted because I think the staff is great but as I said, the scheduling is chaotic and does not hold true to their times that I, the client, schedule myself for.
