  • I called the non emergency number (the operator Jen/Gen answered) to see if there was some way to help this poor cat with a medical collar that was running around the shopping area. I can understand that there are worse emergencies that need to be taken care of and also understand that you should not be emotionally attached in that kind of field. But to have the kind of operator belittle you by saying that the officers are handling more important situations like car accidents and assaults in a condescending tone was not what I expected. I had called animal control and was suggested to call you guys. I'm disappointed that we could not help a cat may actually belong to a family and very upset with how the operator was so rude.
