  • I have lived here for a short period of time, but over just the month I have been here, I'm not happy at all. I have put in maintenance requests the 2nd day I moved in, and 1 out of 15 things has been completed. Landscaping is dreadful, the fountains by the small pool are filled with algae and get clogged and over flow because of it! The 2 doors to cover the washer and dryer I for some reason can't get maintenance to put them on, so I have to ghetto rig it with a curtain to cover my washer. There's dents all throughout the apartment from previous renters and maintenance did a half ass job filling and spackling them. My French doors to my bedroom looks like they plastered a dent and didn't bother to sand it down and make it look normal, so I have a door (also asked to be replaced) thy looks like my kid rubbed clay over with. Big space is nice and all, but what's the point of living somewhere that's not so nice.
