| - DO NOT VISIT / NEVER RETURNING.
The prescription I was prescribed, reacted negatively to my skin and did not treat my second condition. Spoke with front desk and explained medical assistance would follow up. The medical assistant was the worst experience.
Fortunately for the medical assistant, I did not collect her name, but explained the situation. From the beginning, she was clearly pissed she had to make an outbound call, you know, like it was her job or something? I explained before taking the medication is was mild, but now severe. She recommended to stop taking the medicine, obviously.
Here's where I begin to get upset. I asked her what do I if prescription does not work? She said to come in for another visit. I ask, so I have to pay again? She responds, yes. Let me get this straight, I have to PAY AGAIN to visit a doctor for another prescription that I may or may not have a reaction to/work. She responds with "well I don't have a crystal ball so I can't see." With the remainder of the call (which she kept very blunt), you could tell she kept the phone far away from her face while simply reiterating herself.
WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE LADY? Crystal ball? If I had crystal ball I'd tell you filing report with BBB and American Board of Dermatology.
Every job can be stressful; however, gives you ZERO excuse to treat patients this way. What's the saying, if it happens to you, likely it's happening to someone else?
