  • We tried to rent a car at the big rent a car building but couldn't use my debit card because of a crazy credit check. I tried this place at the suggestion of the clerk at the first company, they looked up the info online and told me they had cars and were open. I got there and they were closed, it was like 10:45pm and their hours said midnight, I couldn't believe it. I called this place again during my trip and talked to some guy named rich or Richard and he said I couldn't rent a car unless I had insurance. Again, totally different from their website. I think you guys need to fix your website or give better information, too unreliable to use you guys... Who knows maybe its one of those fly by night businesses that cant afford staff. Ended up renting from economy. At least they were open during during their posted hours.
