  • Why would I give JB only 2 stars,? Leaving fro SFO As I was boarding last week for a short trip to Las Vegas, I noticed that food service items,(napkin packages and other paper cup goods) were on the floor areas right before the entrance to the jet doors. Ya know when the staff touches that and then prepare to give you your snack items....you can figure it out. Departure from Las Vegas was delayed for about 3 hours, not fun. 2 good stars for those leather comfy seats
