  • Took my wife's X3 in for some work. It's an older model, but in good shape. The first time we went in, the guy at the window was the same guy that worked on the car and he was polite, informative and answered all questions. All of his work was detailed and he was quite willing to discuss any items in depth. The second time, it was because the service light was on. Had them look it over and they found a few things. Once again, everything done was explained in detail and this time they even had pictures! This is the kind of service that makes lifetime customers. I know we are.
