  • After reading some poor reviews I was hesitant to try Echo but I am pleased to say it was a wonderful experience. My first tip would be book it advance as we did have to wait an hour to be seated but it was a Saturday night. That was the only downside. Food was super fresh and tasty. Loved the large menu with lots of different options I had never tried before. Seriously loved it all from the sushi to the sashimi. Once seated service was quick and friendly. Food came out fast. Would definitely recommend!!!
