  • Came in last week to buy multiple pairs of boots and ended up leaving without any, because of a rude associate named Shawn. Seemed like he didn't want to sell us anything, just wanted to rush us out so he could finish talking and hanging out with two other associates. When we asked him questions he was annoyed and acted like he didn't want us asking him anything. Looks like someone fell through the cracks of customer service training.
