rev:text	I had a new AC installed by this company 6 months ago. i tried to use my heater for the the first time this morning and it was not heating. I called the office and Jane was very nice and helpful. She fit me in the same day and had tech out to my home within 6 hours. Turns out when they installed my new unit they did not connect/turn on the gas. In light of that they fixed the issue the same day I called and I am happy with the Customer Service I received.
