FnB was our favorite meal during our visit to Scottsdale. Everyone here was incredibly friendly and our server was great! The food was comforting with unexpected but much appreciated surprises.
We started with the summer squash and pickled corn. I have never had pickled corn much less with what I believe to be crushed corn nuts. It was amazing. A little sweet, a little salty, and just a kick of spicy and sour with a corn nut crunch. It kind of reminded me of an amped up chile picante corn nut mix.
For entrees we had the famous fried chicken and pasta with bacon and fresh pulled mozzarella. Both were great but I loved the cornbread that came with the fried chicken. It tasted like orange zest mixed into some creamy whipped butter.
Great spot and a must try!
