  • One of the WORST Pet Store experiences EVER! My 3rd visit and the weary looking short Blond lady was working Again and overbearing Again! She talks to you as though she's discipling a Pet. The credit card/Interac terminal is down Again (50% of the time) When you ask her a question she points to the shelf. When you talk to her she chews gum with her mouth open. When you ask her about a product it doesn't exist (Feliway) she grumbles, shrugs an offers no proactive solution. The markup $ on Products is 15% higher than at other pet stores. And gawd forbid you gently open a cat cage to carefully and lovingly pet a cat. Go to the Pet Store on Roncesvalle or PetSmart. Anywhere is better than this uncaring, under stocked, overpriced store.
