  • Went there on a busy Saturday to order some balloons for the following day. While standing in line, one of the supervisors was talking to an other worker negatively about a coworker. This was right after that supervisor ignored my question that I was asking her. Instead of saying "I will be with you shortly" or something like that she just kept talking smack about that employee. It was very unprofessional. This is just horrible customer service and the balloons that I got from them did not last a day. They stopped floating less than 24 hours after picking them up.
