  • Do not move here. Old building with lots of problems, and crime. A car crashed into my bedroom, leaving a giant hole in the wall. Management took 2+ weeks to fix it as they were "waiting for the lowest bidder." Put my notice in a full two months before i moved out, and they still sent me a bill saying i owed them rent for "insufficient notice." Rent goes up every year, with none of it seemingly added to benefit the tenants. The water goes out at least once a month, often with ZERO notice. Always a leaky pipe underground somewhere. Homeless people sleep in the complex's laundry rooms. This place is horrible, not worth your time. Would give zero stars if possible. Management is rude. This place is a joke.
