Let's just clear the air I heard about this place from a colleague of mine and decided give it a shot.The wash is good for the value, however the management is the topic of this review.
Got my car wash done last week Thursday sometime, I knew that there might be a chance of rain in the next few days but really wanted just my interior done. They had informed me that they don't do just this. Fine.. I opted to get my whole vehicle done and they did a good job and I tipped and left accordingly.
Rain came a day after my detail. On the receipt it allows for a 72hr window for a "rain check". I called yesterday to ask if I may return once the rain has stopped to have my outside detailed since the rain has now stopped . I was informed by a Felipe (manager) that it has to be within a 72hr window. I expressed that I have already read the receipt and was asking since now it's been raining for more than the allowed time if he could just honor it. He told me that I had to do it once again in the 72hr window when they are there...they weren't taking vehicles due to inclement weather. So how am I to get my truck detailed if it's raining and you're not working during my 72hr "rain check" window?? Place lacks poorly in the management and customer service department.
