  • I always love coming to Changs for dim sum! Good deal for the amount of food you get. It's always busy during lunch so don't be surprised if you have to wait. I'd give it 5 starts but its SO noisy here (as most places like this are). Try the Hong Kong seafood crispy noodles, they are the best!
