rev:text	HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I always say that you can tell how much a business and their staff cares about their customers by looking at the restrooms.... Well this business doesn't give a crap (pun intended). Restrooms are disgusting, you can smell them from a mile away. Anyway, the skates are theeeee most uncomfortable skates I've ever put on in my entire life. My husband and I had to take breaks because no matter how many times we readjusted them we were in pain! Our kids were also toughing it out. They are the super stiff thick plastic ones like the ones 3 year olds learn to roller skate in. Moving on, this place is ran by teenagers. All of the staff is about 18 years old. The girl at the counter was nice, gave my daughter 2 right foot skates but whatever. That was easily fixed. BUT the "staff" on the rink was ridiculous. I assume that their job is to supervise and help on the rink but these 17 year olds, one male and one female, were too busy skating around with each other. You could tell they were crushing on each other because they were chatting and never once stopped to help one of the many falling children around them. No one else existed in their world,cute. Furthermore, the ice was bumpy as hell! It was so difficult for the kids to skate, they're beginners. The week before we went to Arcadia Ice and they were really advancing and learning. It's just not worth it. Don't give them your money. I wish I would have read reviews before handing them my $85. Oh well.
