  • Doug and Crystal were a pleasure to work with from start to finish... They turned our backyard from a useless, tiny dirt space into a beautiful, relaxing oasis in 2 months. We were a little nervous about the whole "build you own" thing, but all it means is that you aren't paying for a huge, fancy showroom and all the overhead that comes with being a giant corporation. Crystal came to our house and, using computer digital software, worked with us until we decided on the perfect layout for our pool. Once that was completed, Doug took over with the contractors and built the whole thing quickly and efficiently. There were one or two small issues that came up after it was built, and Doug was extremely attentive and fixed the problems immediately and completely. We couldn't be happier with our pool and our decision to use BYOP...we paid far less than we would have with the larger pool companies and recommend BYOP to everyone we know.
