I bought tires from here so I got a free tire rotation as part of my tire care package. I made an appointment and got it in the same day. I agreed to a free inspection to see why my car has a lack of response sometimes when it shifts gears, got a call back about my car stalling and stupid me not knowing the terminology I said yea it does that. I didn't know what stalling was until I picked up my car and it died every time I started it. I went back in and asked them what the hell did they do because it didn't do that when I dropped it off. The guy didn't offer any solution he just said it did that when I dropped it off. So I had my mom (a more experienced driver) to limp my car home and thankfully got it into my mechanic the next day. Luckily it didn't interfere with missing work as my coworker was able to pick me up. When I went to pick my car up, my mechanic said someone disconnected the vacuum line and that it couldn't just come off on its own. They were nice enough to fix it but I still had to pay $70 for labour. I took my invoice back to Canadian tire to complain and get my money back for their "money grab" scheme but no luck. I talked to the service manager and the store manager both refusing a refund. They were not nice about it. No conflict resolution or good customer service at all. Now I know to avoid this location and only go to Canadian tire for my tires ONLY.
