  • Last Saturday I picked up my 2013 BRZ from this dealership and the entire experience was phenomenal. I had brought along my wife and a good friend to the delivery and close and, first, now my wife wants a Subaru for her next car, and my friend remarked that this was the lowest-stress car sale he'd ever seen. I want to really applaud the efforts that Subaru Superstore's staff have put into making something that is often seen as painful -- buying a new car -- simple, fair and even fun. Everyone I was introduced to seemed genuinely excited that I was a new customer, from Brent with the paperwork, to Mike in service - and of course, Scott, with whom I had been working for the last month.
