Have been a member here for over 8 years since I was grandfathered into their low price back in the day and last month they upped the monthly by $15. I got a call a month prior saying that this may happen and I told her I was grandfathered in but if they can't honor my contract then to cancel my membership. I was never called by anyone else or told about the price increase, no emails or mail to inform me. I'm surprised by the lack of customer service from this company. You would think after being a member for over 8 years they would try to keep you as their loyal guest but nope.
I sent an email to corporate and never heard back, sent a second one two weeks later stating I hadn't heard back from the original email, only to find the manager of this location contacting me via email. If I wanted to speak to this location I would've just called in, but after speaking to them they were no help and provided no assistance. I also understand this may be out of their hand and this is why I contacted corporate, but they're too busy to deal with a complaint so whatever, cancelled my membership. It's a bummer because I actually don't use all my massages so I have over 6 massages that were rolled over but I never cancelled even when I lived out of the country for half a year because I was promised this "grandfathered in" rate. Ugh such bull hate this place, plenty of massage places to get a massage. Never have I been so disappointed in a place that I've been a member for this long -_-
