  • Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever seen or heard of blatant disregard for a family's needs absolutely no follow up or follow through we are now working on fixing the situation ourselves will be documenting everything and reporting US Bank as an inconsiderate and fraudulent institutionthere disregard for policies and regulations regarding an error that was not even ours have caused a domino effect that has put my family in a very precarious position.
