  • I would give this company 0 stars, if that was an option. I called to get a technician out to my house for same day service because my air conditioner broke and my house was 94 degrees. I was told that I was "guaranteed" to have someone come out by "end of day" and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before a technician arrives. By 11:30 pm, it was clear that no one was going to be coming and I had to check into a hotel. I had called many other HVAC repair companies before this one but since I was told that there was a same day appointment available and that there was a "guarantee that someone would come out by midnight", I did not continue my search. To make matters worse, I received a call the following day at 7 pm to ask if I would be home for a technician to come out to fix my air conditioning that evening. By that point, I had found another company to actually fix the problem. This company has horrible customer service and a meaningless "guarantee" of service. I will never use them again and I will advise my family and friends to steer clear.
