  • The rooms are very out of date, our room had very uncomfortable beds and there were marks and dirt and nastiness all over the walls and doors, the room I didn't even feel like it was cleaned it before we arrived. Would have liked resort like customer service, for instance when I was out of toothpaste they directed me to the guest shop, even in an average hotel they will bring you complementary tubes of toothpaste or other necessities while On vacation that you may have forgotten. I thought a resort would treat you more like a resort not like a cheap motel!! I felt interrogated by staff checking through my cooler Aggressively. When we tried to buy suntan lotion from the shop they wouldn't let us use our debit card, So then we found cash and tried to buy it cash they would not allow us to buy it cash they said we had to charge it to our room if we wanted it!! I have three small children who started to get burned while I had to run to the store to buy them sunscreen !! My family and I were expecting a luxury feel and were extremely letdown!! The amenities at a regular hotel are at least 80% better than at this" resort" . You don't have continental breakfast, you don't have room service cleaning, unhelpful people in the office down below who will not even bring complementary items or bring you towels throughout your stay!!! They also shut down the waterslides early because they said they didn't have enough staff to keep them open!!
