  • Let me start off by saying this dealership is by far the WORST experience in car buying I've EVER had. Long story short I had 2 appts to look at some cars on the lot and the salesperson Darren was LATE over and hour both times to meet me. The 3rd time going I was "so called" approved for a vehicle that I liked. The night of buying the car the finance mngr "Johnny" was by far the most UN-PROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, IGNORANT person I've ever had to deal with. This finance manager "Johnny" rushed me to sign all papers because it was around closing time and would barely let me read my contract. Then when it came to the contract that stated a customer can not sue the dealership for any wrong doing he sure did take his time on explaining that piece of paper for some reason!!! I hope NOBODY ever has to deal with "Johnny" like I did. After the dealership let me leave with the car about 3 weeks later they called me asking for more money for a down payment as I had already gave them my down payment! This is what's called the "YO-YO" scam that this dealership uses. They tell you your approved by the bank and then call you a few weeks later asking for more money hoping you fall in love with the car and end up giving more money! NOT ME...I took the car back to the dealership and got all my down payment money back and ended up purchasing a even BETTER & NEWER vehicle with less miles, BETTER performance and BETTER apr rate at a better dealership!!! STAY AWAY from Auto Nation Toyota !!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't deal with "Johnny" the finance manager either...you'll regret it !!!!!!
