  • Gord Malin was very professional and genuine. We were in the process of getting a mortgage and decided to go with one of the big banks in the end. Nonetheless, I wanted to write this review to thank Gord for his time in meeting us and commend his professionalism. He was very attentive and explained to us everything very clear. We could tell that he truly cares about us as he could sense I was nervous in making these huge decisions and rest assured me that he would be able to help us get the best rates. I highly recommend that if you want an alternative to the big banks then go meet with Gord.
