  • After reading all these glowing reviews and waiting almost three weeks for an appointment, I was expecting the best....and got the worst cut I've ever had. If you have straight Asian hair maybe they can do a great job. If you are not Asian, you should avoid this place. I have extremely thick wavy hair and after the cut they started to blow dry and my hair expanded threefold (with three people on the dryers). The cut is not layered correctly for my type of hair, is uneven, poorly cut, and the style is not up to date. I would not go back or recommend this salon to anyone. A stylist needs to have the skill to deal with all types of hair. I now have to spend more money to get it fixed elsewhere. * July 2013, this bad cut is still growing out, it will take about two years to get rid of this mess.....be warned....
