Clearly there has been some turnover since the last reviews were written. The women I encountered here today were so disingenuous. Your job is customer service oriented. Don't fake it with a couple of customers ahead of me and then let me see you make faces and mock them after they leave. This is poor judgment.
I was greeted by arrogant salesperson #1 upon stepping inside the store. She clearly took one look at my 4am lack of makeup and hair presentation and treated me like I wasn't going to purchase anything here. She asked me half-heartedly if I was looking for anything in particular and I let her know I was looking for new charms for my bracelet. She didn't say anything else and walked away.
After wandering around a bit I felt like salesperson #1 was eyeing me. Hello, the designer jewelry I am wearing is worth a significant amount more than the highest priced items your store even offers so I'd appreciate not being eyed suspiciously.
Salesperson #2 ignored me completely. When I asked how much a couple of charms were there was some confusion between the two women about the cost of one of the two charms (that were in the BOGO bin.) Salesperson #2 said to #1 "that shouldn't be in there" and then they had to consult the binder to figure out how to price them. I'm unsure what the issue was but I purchased the two charms despite these two. In the future I won't bother coming to this location.
This lack of customer service is becoming a growing trend with Brighton stores and I am wondering why they bother having salespeople at all if more than half of them are not customer service oriented. It highly detracts from the beautiful items they sell.
