  • The meats you find at P&F are good quality for a very good price. Perfect for grilling for sure. Steak - their steak whether grilled of pan fried both ways turned out tender and juicy, even without seasoning. It also depends on the cut of the meat but overall good quality. Chicken - they sell pre-marinated chicken breast. 3 big pieces for approximately $16. I personally love the coconut lime marinade as it is packed with flavour. Their chicken is juicy as well! There's also jerk spice, italian seasoning, sweet chili thai (or something along the lines) and others as well. Each are pretty good but my favourite is definitely the coconut lime. Sausages - also full of flavour, sometimes a little too salty. perfect for grilling! Overall, great meat choices: tender, juicy meat products. Definitely recommend as their not too expensive either.
