  • Terrible experience. The rental agent told me the price quoted on the phone wasn't correct and as I got angrier and angrier he said maybe he did see where they got that price. Then when I got ready to pay he said there was a 10 dollar monthly insurance charge. When I told him my insurance covered it he said it had to be in writing and cover transporting to and from the storage area. When I thanked him for telling me that right at the end and without the insurance I couldn't rent the space, he said I had been told that on the phone right up front. Again, not true and a way to get more money out of me. If I weren't grieving over the death of my parents along with the facility being close, I would go elsewhere. Beware!
