  • Was here with my sister for the past 2 years, just had a really bad experience on the phone with the girls who picked up the phone. I wanted to make appointment for threading and they said we need to pay 10 dollars extra if we make appointment which is 17 dollars. Then I right away said we never knew we had to pay extra for appointment and 17 dollars for threading that's ridiculous then the girl just said we always charge 10 dollars extra for appointment then she hung up the phone on me which I'm so angry what kind of customer service is this? I'm not going back again and will not recommend anyone to go there. There's lots of good threading places for cheaper and great service.
