  • Dinner for one and I'm very happy to have dined at Sage. I was having a hard time picking a place for dinner as Vegas is far from limited on dining options. I was actually on my way to another restaurant when I came across the banner promo for restaurants in Aria. Saw the scallops dish and was sold. Got to Sage and decided to hang out at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Looking over the menu, I noticed that the scallops were served with oxtail - which I have not seen before so solidified my decision to get it. The dish was served pretty quickly after placing my order and the scallops were fresh and cooked to perfection. The oxtail was indeed a nice touch, a tad on the salty side but balanced out when paired with the scallops and mushrooms. Great ambience as well. Would return if I'm ever back in town!
