  • I got a compete different color, and hair cut then what I had asked for and what I had expected. & It was very disappointing for the price I paid and leaving with something completely different. I chose Giselle because of her experience and felt she was reputable at Lora moon. I was unsure at first what I wanted I had a grown out partial highlight and wanted to keep it light but not so contrast from root to highlight. I wanted something more low maintenance because I couldn't come in for touch up as often as I'd like with blonde because I'm a mom of 2. I felt like I had trusted her judgement to blend my roots and blonde so it was a more even tone and was told it was going to be a "dark blonde."I still wanted to keep it light and my hair is now completely brunette. I honestly couldn't believe it when I saw it dry how dark it was. Not only that, my hair is so short. My hair was long and a wanted long layers and was told I couldn't because It required too much Maintainance??? My hair cut looks like I'm 5 years old. It's so short and couldn't believe how much she took off when I showed her where. she brushed my hair so hard I was literally saying "ouch that hurts". My blow out was awful and my hair was so Staticky afterwards. It was a very drastic change that I am now stuck with. I called the salon in tears after I left paying 185$ and all Giselle said was it will fade within a few washes and she'd check with me in a few days. When you leave a client in tears on the phone it would be nice to hear that they can do whatever they can to fix it. I cannot even look at myself in the mirror. I'm so upset. I don't even know if my hair is able to be fixed or lightened now because of her going over my head with color it seems and feels way more damaged and noticed more breakage before I went in.
