I'm at rhumbar right now. Waited 45 minutes to get seated. (Not surprised though, this place has been awesome the last few times). took 30 minutes to get someone to come over and take our hookah order. After that another 15 to get a hookah. We ordered two different flavors, the first one ran out after 20 minutes, someone came over and changes the coal, other one died 5 minutes later. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be awesome. The host and the DJ are still awesome, but the hookah staff needs to step it up. It's not cheap and this is the Las Vegas strip, I expect better. I work in the service industry and I know that this is unacceptable at other places. Just be aware you will wait for hookah. We are locals and tell all of our friend about this place when they come visit but I kight think twice now.
