My husband and I went to this dealership to look at the new NX200, and we really liked it. We spoke with a dealer by the name of Barry, and at first were quite happy with him. But that did not last, the true car dealer came out in Barry when I wanted to think about the purchase, and decide the dollar range I wanted to be in. I had decided I wanted to be at the bottom range on the Lexus, and was ready to make a deal on the lower end model and my trade. When I told Barry what I wanted to spend, he informed me he would talk to me in 3 years and put me in a used one. Now mind you, I only want to be about $2000 under the base price, and I was trading in a car that had a high retail value and little owed. I promptly told Barry he was not someone I wanted to do business with, and I left and bought a brand new Subaru that had more options, and safety features and just as excellent service record.
